Hello mam It's umbilical hernia with 1.6cm defect with cough impulse which means that on coughing,the abdominal content is coming out of that defect...which might cause pain in the abdomen. There are some other serious complications also which might occur like obstructed hernia.

Umbilical hernia can be cured only by surgery. If small and doesn't cause pain can wait . If not need to d a small surgery either laparoscopic or open

USG scan report says Grade 1 fatty liver and Umbilical hernia. Umbilical hernia is because of a weakness near your umbilicus with its content as omentum. Both these conditions might be because of obesity. Complications like pain, obstruction may occur related to umbilcal hernia
