Hello,
I have reviewed your report. Your TSH level is very high (58.119), which confirms that you have a condition called Hypothyroidism. This means your thyroid gland is underactive and is not producing enough hormones to meet your body's needs.
This condition is very common and treatable, but it does require daily medication to bring your levels back to normal. Here is what we need to do:
Start Medication: You will likely need to start on Levothyroxine (thyroid hormone replacement). I will provide you with a specific prescription dose based on your weight.
How to Take It: This medicine must be taken on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning, at least 30–60 minutes before tea, coffee, or breakfast for it to work properly.
Repeat Testing: We will need to re-check your TSH levels in 6 to 8 weeks to see how your body is responding and adjust the dose if necessary.
Symptom Check: Are you currently experiencing excessive tiredness, dry skin, hair fall, or changes in your monthly periods? These are common with high TSH and should improve once you start treatment.
Please do not worry, as this is a manageable condition. I recommend we start treatment immediately to help you feel better.
It's hypothyroidism, physically consult a doctor near by you, take other medications conditions associated with it. Tell about marriage status and pregnancy status so that dose can be adjusted
