Regarding spitting out
My baby is 1 nd half month old she is exclusively on formula feed (nan pro)am feeding her 60ml every 2 to 3 hrs .from one week she is spitting a lot don't knw what is the prblm. Am I overfeeding her .how much ml should give for my baby .can I use domstal drops?one of the doctor suggested neopeptine drops ?kindly tell some treatment

Overfeeding  can lead to this. Domstal is not required. Spit ups could be because of several other issues which can be judged on checking the baby.

No need to worry for vomiting  Its called as posseting.  Burp properly after each and every feed for atleast 10 min or till baby take 4 burp  Feed ur baby as per baby's demand only  Don't overfeed ur baby  Keep a watch on urine output  Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day  If persistent vomiting then need to consult

Good evening Spitting small amount of feeds is common in babies

Burp the baby atleast for 20 min after feeding Use nasoclear nasal drops for nasal block baby requires 150ml/kg/Day feeds can use domstal drops 0.5ml  for 2-3 days every 8 hourly half hour before feeds
