Regarding Small pox treatment
Hello Sir/Ma'am My brother is currently suffering from small pox and today is the 5th day of the treatment. Whenever he takes medicine for fever, he feels relaxed for few hours and then again fever catches him until he takes the medicine again. He takes paracetamol tablets (Calpol 500) for fever. Now coming to the virus, he was advised to take Aciclovir tablets and now whenever he takes that he feels very uncomfortable i.e, headache, vomiting. So I would like to know what should I do? Should I continue with the same medicines or stop few medicines or a new dose? Please answer as soon as possible. Thankyou!

I presume you are talking about chicken pox as small pox is not there in the world now. If so then continue acyclovir and Paracetamol
