Regarding Scaphoid fracture progress
I had bike accident on 17 july 2025 and doctor advised for plaster for 1 month . please tell me is there any improvement on my Scaphoid bone from 17 july to 29 July..???? I have attached both dates X-ray ...how long it will take to heal??

Fracture scaphoid are notorious for slow healing.
Kindly keep the scaphoid cast for 12 wks.

Ideally a scaphoid fracture needs 45 days of cast.
Then only one can check whether it is healing or not.

The fracture seems okay, healing changes are not visible on xray for 4 weeks so can't really comment on improvement.
Continue plaster cast/ brace for 3 more weeks

Yes there is improvement , but the bone is still in healing phase . This scaphoid bone has 80% articular surface so it take times to fully unite , and one more thing in one month the new formation is not usually visible in xray
But yes you have improvement
