1) Start medication prescribed by your dental surgeon.
2) From the X ray, it looks like existing cavity beneath the crown
Next Steps
Once pain is subsided.
Get you crown removed, if the tooth under the crown is sound enough kindly proceed with Re-rct, if its weak you can opt for extraction follwed by implants.
