I am attaching xray.please advise should i go for rerct or extraction of teeth.i am having no pain.is there any bone loss also.

Crown must be removed first followed by treatment which must be examined physically

Hello.
1) Start medication prescribed by your dental surgeon.
2) From the X ray, it looks like existing cavity beneath the crown
Next Steps
Once pain is subsided.
Get you crown removed, if the tooth under the crown is sound enough kindly proceed with Re-rct, if its weak you can opt for extraction follwed by implants.

Hi,
Please remove the existing crown and check the status of the tooth below before deciding between re-root canal treatment or extraction. Start a course of antibiotics.
