Can premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction can be permanently treated by allopathy medicine like SRRI. As suffering from sexual related anxiety, over excitement and sexual thought in mind due to which didn't achieve proper erection, ejaculation very fast during foreplay and gentle touch. So doctors kindly guide
