Regarding pulse rate
I am taking propanal 10 mg for four months for sinus tachycardia and i have stress also and my echo ECG is normal and after four months without taking medicine also my pulse rate is coming in normal range like 80-100 bpm does it happen or it has caused first degree heart block as I have read on net if someone take beta blocker can cause first degree heart block
