Sir I done MRI and pet scan also .Per rectum done-grade 1 prostate.mri reports_confined to gland only.no pelvic lymphadenopathy.Majority of right lobe cancer cell seen infiltrates to right seminal vesicle.left lobe intact.No symptoms still now.Biopsy_7/10 adenocarcinoma.perineural invasion present.next week I come to Bangalore to consult u.Here urologist not started treatment till now.pls help me.all blood reports normal.no Mets only psa 103ng/l raised.ecg,echo normal.no sugar only blood pressure under control.mild prostomegaly only.after a routine health check up I found this.t3n0m0 stage ?
