Sir iam Dr rajadurai md gen.Ca found last 5 yrs before.still now there is no treatment given.no metastatisis.pet scan shows primary prostate malignancy with seminile vesicle infiltrated.i would like to do robotic.it is possible to do t3nomo stage.iam scared to start radiotheraphy due to secondary cancer and other side effects.pls tell me the correct treatment

When it's T3 the decision has to be made on clinical exam and assessment of the MRI by the surgeon. It's not possible to decide like this.
