Hello! In case the urine pregnancy test kit is showing a single line ie.negative it's likely that you haven't conceived. Start on folvite active (5mg) once daily (to be continued till you conceive and upto 3 months of conception). If you have been trying for more than a year without success, you should visit a gynaecologist/infertility specialist and get tested for hormones, usg and your husband's semen parameter analysis. Hope this helps. For now you can wait for one more week beyond your expected date of menses for the menses to begin. If it's still delayed you can start on deviry (10mg) twice daily for 5 days and wait for 2 more weeks for menses to resume.
