A period comes only when there is a fall in progesterone level.. in pregnancy this fall doesn’t occur.. so it is very unlikely to bleed from the non pregnant uterus.. changes of bleeding in a double uterus with pregnancy by itself is high.. do consult for further investigation and ensure your baby in the other uterus is safe.
