I am giving my Son Groviva powder adding with milk from 4 months so can I continue further.
Will it harm my Son? He is 22 months old his weight is 9.5 ? Is he underweight.

Better to provide protein from diet,you can include eggs, pulses, nuts,& milk itself has good protein quantity and calcium,if still deficient in protein intake,then only add protein powder..

Groviva is considered safe as it's a protein powder. In my opinion, you can continue for 1 year. But better to give a break of 15 days. He should not get addicted to the taste etc
