Regarding post surgery (inguinal hernia)
I am male 33 yrs,un married,One year back i was gone under inguinal surgery in right side. Now i am alright, but I am facing difficulty when attempting to sit. I like to sit on floor. I would like to sit casually in floor.(ie padmanasana posture). Kindly need your opinion. I prefer direct contact to consult.

You can attain that posture. The mesh placed in any standard hernia surgery does not hinder in such postures. If you are facing any particular problem that may be because of other surrounding muscle factors. And by gradual stretching excercises and maneuvers most such problems can be overcome. Bit it should ne done gradually over weeks .
