I m student,i feel very low whole day...dun wanna any work...how to be active whole day...will u suggest me some positive activity

Hello, To remain active the whole day,it is important to sleep early at night and wake up early in the morning,you can start doing activities like morning walk,playing sports,swimming,whichever you feel comfortable doing,it will keep you active,you can also join a gym if you like .
