Regarding PME and ED
I am suffering sexual performance anxiety and over excitement due to which before sex during foreplay or gentle touch I discharge within just few seconds and during sex my sperms come out in 20-30 seconds. And my penis is much sensitive. And now suffering from ED and PME. And it happens always that during foreplay or kiss I discharge my sperms rapidly.
