Regarding Periods
I had intercourse with my wife without protection but she had taken pills within 72 hrs to avoid pregnancy. It’s almost 15 days passed but her monthly period has not started yet.

Emergency contraception pills hv high failure rates and also side effects like delayed periods are also there.
It depends on which cycle day you had sex with her and gave her the pill.
Kindly however do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy
