If both r multivitamins and multiminerals then y need to use both... Plz clarify my doubt...is these two drops are good for my baby? Is 1ml is good enough or heavy dose can i continue both drops? Both Bevon and OH d3 are multivitamin drops. Some minor differences are there. OH d3 plus has 400 units of vitamin d per 1ml while Bevon has 200 units per 1 ml. As per Indian academy of pediatrics, only vitamin d 400 units per day is recommended for all till. 1year of age. So only ultra d3 (400) is needed now as per guidelines. If you want to give other vitamins also, you can give ohd3 1ml once a day. No need to give both Bevon and ohd3.
