During pregnancy the less products you use the better it is because even with topical creams or lotions there is 1 or 2 % absorption into the bloodstream. And even micro particles maybe harmful to the baby especially in the first trimester when all the organs are forming. Kindly avoid the cream. For further query take consultation.

We need to analyze you skin and check the current grade of acne. In case it's mild, you can used a gel based moisturizer during pregnancy.
