Regarding miprogen 400 tablet

Asked for Female, 33 Years

My wife is taking miprogen 400 tablet as suggested by her doctor vaginally. After taking it even though from vagina she will feel very sleepy and also there will be white discharge after takjng tablet in sometime. Is it ok?

White discharge if related with itching or foul smell will be a cause of concern. If these aren't there then there is nothing to worry about. It could just be the left over portion of the drug. Yes this drug can cause drowsiness. If it is excessive consult your concerned gynecologist to ask for an alternative.
