My son is 13 years old. He has a very bad cold with blocked nose. Is it okay to give lorfast am and ventryl syrup?

Otrinoz Pediatric nose drops 2drops in both nose 8 hourly x 3 days,, Tab Sinarest 3/4 Tab 8 hourly x 3 days
