Hello, I am 12 weeks pregnant and have bad allergic rhinitis. I get more than 50 sneezes sometimes once the attack triggers. I have been advised to take allegra 180mg whenever my symptoms starts. Is it safe medicine to take during pregnancy. Pls advice
