Sir/ma'am
My father aged 72 is diabetic and hypothyroidism patient. He is having mild pain in upper side of abdomen below ribs area . He is also feeling little bit of constipation and has not eaten solid food since 24 hrs. He has consumed only tea and biscuits. He has no other symptoms no fever no vomit etc. I have attached his report of USG abdomen and xray chest done today for your reference. Kindly guide which disease is this and is there any emergency or something to worry about?

USG shows mild hepatomegaly with fatty liver that can be treated with exercise, diet modifications etc.but USG report date and time hasn’t been mentioned whether it was done before or after symptoms. You can do an X ray abdomen supine and erect to rule out any SAIO.
