Regarding late periods
I am now almost 3-4 weeks late for my period. In my last cycle i took an ipill due to which i was 1 week late for the period. Then this month i am not getting periods till now. I took 3 UPTs on 2 different days. They were negative. What can be the cause. It has never happened before.

There can be different hormonal causes for delayed periods including thyroid imbalance, PCOS and abnormalities in prolactin/ reproductive hormone levels . Need more information of your symptoms to decide the hormone tests necessary
