Report shows high BUN, creatinine, uric acid and phosphorus. We have to find out that this increase is acute or chronic. There are several tests which help us to differentiate between acute vs chronic diseases.  If it is acute, called acute kidney injury (AKI) it is reversible. If it is chronic, called chronic kidney disease (CKD) we have to mange it differently. Consult Nephrologist asap, to start management.
