Start exercise. See an orthopedic consultant near you and get blood test done to know whether it is rheumatoid arthritis or any other joint illness.

This problem of multiple joint pain at this age may be associated with some joint inflammatory disorder.. Do you also have morning stiffness..
Next Steps
I will suggest you to start with hot fomentation,  take analgesic with anti inflammatory medicine,  take calcium and vitamin d supplements.. You should get some blood investigations including inflammatory markers like CBC, ESR, CRP, RA factor, HLA B27 to know the condition of the disease..
Health Tips
You can also plan to meet a Rheumatologist at a nearby hospital for starting specific treatment..
