  4. Regarding hiv test. Am i at risk?

Regarding hiv test
I took a Elisa (hiv 1 and 2 ) test after 21 days of exposure which came out negative(0.006).is it conclusive or do I want to repeat the test after2 or 3 months.i recieved only oral sex and kissed prostitute lips several times.am I at risk??
