  4. Regarding head pain. Nerves are paining!

Regarding head pain
I have neck and backside of shoulder stiffness and mild swelling their and piercing pain from their to right side of my head above few cms above my head is it related to my brain do I need to whenever I try to wake up I get the pain can turn my head freely also I have calf pain like my nerves are paining

You have bad neck posture and requires changes in lifestyle. Avoid electronic devices and mobile especially at night before bedtime. Also neck exercises with regular painkillers If it continues consult
