Regarding HB
Hello Doctors my HB is 12.5. How can I increase it .Also one doctor advised me to go for blood transfusion. I am scared as I have no symptoms. Also how does water like complete hydration increases Blood volume? Kindly address .. I am in too much stress Thnx

Y blood transfusion? Hb 12.5 is not very low.Hb 7 and below 7 usually requires blood transfusion. Nothing to worry Include iron  rich diet like chickoo dates jaggery pomegranate broccoli spinach

Don't worry,your Hb is not so less ,it is nearly normal,U have no symptoms of anaemia.So this is Normal,Take spinach, apples, chukandar, green leafy vegetables, with Amala,No necessity of blood transfusion
