Hello I am a 26 year old male working in a software company and currently facing some weight problems my weight has increased upto 80 kgs.Because I am living in another city not in hometown,proper nutritious meals are not available..so I have started doing free hand exercises in the morning everyday and I just wanted to ask that by reducing carbs and fats little,is it good to include protein shakes in my daily diet?
