Regarding Fissures non surgical treatmen
Hello,
I am suffering from anal fissure from 6months after a hard bowl movement post c-sec delivery.
That tear/wound/ulcer in anal region isnt healing completely.
Every now and then if there is a hard stool then it is aggravating, especially before my menstrual period.
It again takes around 2weeks for it to heal pain and burning during every time i pass the stool.
Cant tolerate the burning sense during and after defecation.
I have 6months baby, cant think of surgery as every doc suggesting to go for laser surgery.
I am not sure how to go about it.
But every single i am suffering from severe pain unless i take painkillers all the day.
I am I left with only surgery option?
Wouldn't i get any better treatment for my condition?
Please suggest me best possible treatment for this when suggested for surgery, any other treatment does it work?
