Hii,
My son is 1yr & 3 month old and now he is suffering from fever from last three days. He has no other symptoms. We have seen it to doctor then they have given gudcef syrup and maxtra syrup. But when syrup given to child then fever goes down and after some time again fever comes.
What is the causes of it? What treatment is necessary

Dear parents,
You treatment do not contain paracetamol. So add syp paracetamol 125mg 5ml 6hrly .
Continue above treatment also.
