It might be a viral fever usually take 5-7 days. If only paracetamol doesn't help. Go with the combination of paracetamol and mefenemic acid. With some antihistamics and anti-cough drugs.

Blood tests are usually done after 3-4 days of onset of fever, unless child is very sick or in an emergency. I suggest repeating the tests , along with a few more since it is 5th day of fever. It is not mentioned whether fever is less than that on Wednesday or not. It could still be a viral infection though.
Next Steps
Repeat tests along with a few more, consult for checking if any other possibilities of infection, or addition of antibiotics, consult for additional tests, medicines and suggestions
