Regarding eye sight

I recently checked my eye sight in free medical camp and they said -0.5 is my power is that affects my eyes or I should I have some spectacle to control that. But those guys said wear some TFA glass while watching tv nd system. Please help me on this - thanks doctors and practo

hello der yes you have refractive error but dont worry its in the initial stage u should wear spectacles consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
