Regarding Epidermal Cysts
There is a epidermal cyst in my leg below knee with a hole in it. During bath water enters into that cyst. Does it cause any infection ? What is the remedy for cyst ?

Cyst can get secondarily infected causing pain and redness. Surgical removal can be done
