Hi, to know your date of conception, you should know your date of ovulation. Ovulation mostly happens 14th day prior to the date you expect next month.you can know also by ovulation kits available now a days in market.

I can understand your concern.
i understand that you are having difficulties in conceiving.
there is no such thing as you have to consult the doctor in any particular date.
you can consult her tomorrow itself and then she will tell you what and all needs to be done.
she will have to suggest you some tests and also, get your husband also checked out.
