My younger brother priyank is suffering from fitsula in ano 5cm , he was diagnosed with this disease in March 2022. He is not agreeing to go for surgery as he is very much afraid. One resident doctor told that this fitsula in ano can be Cancerous or can turn into Cancerous tumor within 3-4 months.
His symptom are only blood and sticky smelly fluid leakage nothing else even no pain. Kindly guide is my brother heading towards a Cancer condition? We are very stressed
