Regarding breathing prob
Sir actually i met with an accident before 2 years. My nose broken in two parts i got 10 stitches on my nose. Now m getting problem during breathing . I cant take proper breath if i take breath from right nose than i cant take from left nose and if i take from left then cant take from right nose even i cant take breath properly from one nose. My middle bone of nose got fixd to right side what should i do

It seems you have got deviated nasal septum due to past trauma. Get a CT scan of nose done and consult an experienced ENT surgeon for septoplasty operation.
