Problem while breathing via nose

Asked for Male, 37 Years

My son has problem while breathing via nose. He is facing nose blockage. We got his x Ray done 3 months back and it was confirmed that his adenoids were enlarged. He was put on medication and was fine. The same problem has emerged again.

Do breathing exercise..do hearing assessment if there is any hearing loss..if it is not improved by conservative management.. surgery is the next option.
