I started going to gym from two months I do some exercise and some weight lifting and I am not taking any steroid or any other body building supplement,my question is does natural gyming gains any health issues or problems in future?does it has any side effects?

So long as you don't take any steroid preparations and artificial protein supplements there shouldn't be any issues.
You can take natural protein supplements like egg white,beans,nuts etc.
Ideally take training from a qualified trainer.
