Is becosule tablet ie vit B complex good for kids? One of friends who s a doctor asked me to give my ten yrs old daughter one becosule tablet daily for good health...can I give her ds tablet daily

Don’t give B complex just for the sake of giving it Natural sources are always better If only vegetarian, then get Vit B12 tested
