Can bartholyin be treated by antibiotics as i do not want to undergo any surgical treatment.
I am taking antibiotics for the same though..just want to know if surgery is the only treatment

Antibiotics and anti inflammatory are given in bartholin cyst only during the acute phase to ease the symptoms.
The definitive management is only a surgical excision or marsupialization.
The chances of recurrence are high with medical management.
