Regarding back pain
I have a mild back pain since last 3 months and for first 1.5 months i have done some exercises as prescribed by doctor but not feeling relief went for mri that reveals a grade -1 spondylolisthesis at s-1 and retrolisthesis at l-5 moreover a mild diffuse disc bulge with posterior and left paracentral disc protrusion and annular tear at l-5s-1 level causing mild compression over left transversing s-1 nerve root and indenting ventral thecal sac and right transversing and billateral right exiting nerve roots. My this MRI results are 1 month ago after that i have gone for physical therapy for 7 days but not getting relief. I am suffering from that mild pain all the day since last 3 months please suggest me any type of treatment and tell me in how much time it will heal am really too much stressed about this problem please help me.
