My baby girls birth weight was 2.5kg. At 3.5 months she was 5.8kg n now at 4.5 months she is weighing 6.15 kg. Her weight has not increased much in 1 month. Exclusively breastfeeding. Should start formula milk if she is not getting enough. She is relatively active pees regularly in a day. But poops once in a week. Please suggest

Not to worry. Birth weight doubles by 4.5 months and triple by 1 yr. Initially baby gains wt rapidly but later speed slow down. So continue exclusive breastfeeding for 6 month. After 6 months you should start cereal - (mashed Rice dal, dal roti, milk roti ) and continue breast feeding for at least 2yr age.
