Regarding baby 2.5 months vaccination
How many  paracetamol drops should be given to 2.5 months baby for fever after vaccination? My daughter weight is 5.1 kg. Can 0.5ml is sufficient or I have to given more dose.pls suggest

You haven't mentioned about the screening of your child for thyroid status. If you have hypothyroid then your child must screen for TSH levels, as thyroxine is needed for brain growth during first 2 years. You can give paracetamol drops 6 hourly (P100 drops) 0.75 ml until fever subsides.

If the dosage of the drops is 100mg in 1ml Then 0.5-0.7mL is enough. Please give only when the child has a temperature >99.5F. Record the temperature and then give it. Maximum three times a day.
