Regarding a hemorrhoids and c section

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I recently did second c section i.e.,3rd Jan. I have external hemorrhoids from many years. Now I have pain. Kindly suggest me some home remedies and permanent treatment. Also from when can I tie cloth to reduce tummy after c section. I'm on strict diet at home not giving normal food after postpartum. Kindly advise
