My front tooth was damaged 14yrs back, now I'm seeing pain. I consulted 2 Dr, both gave different opinions, one recommended immediate implant and other recommended 4 crown bridge. Which one is recommended immediate implant after tooth removal or crown bridge? Usually how much implant costs and how safe is that.

Both are the options for tooth replacement
In case of bridge the doctor will take support of neighbouring two teeth doing root canal treatment in them
So you will getting treated for four teeth instead of two
In case of implants only two will be replaced which will be extracted
Implant cost from 25000 to 50000 depending on the brand and warranty
Implants are successful and good choice
