Sirs, today morning dust fell on my brother left side eye then some one put a drop(photo attached) on his eye, after putting that eye drop, his vision not clearly visible and also the centre ball of eye got spreaded.& He is working in Singapore. is any serious? Please help me

Please don't use this drop .It is used in case of ulcer. You must have washed his eyes with freshwater and have done cold compresses with ice.
Now withdraw this drop and put antibiotics eye drops 2hrly e.g. moxifloxacin .
It will take at least one wk to recover.

That is atropine eyedrop. It acts for about 7-14 days. He hill not be able to read clearly till the effect goes away. I suggest he consult an ophthalmologist to rule out any infection. He can visit the emergency services at Singapore National Eye Institute.
