Reg. Exercises for hyperthyroidism
Hi, I'm doing personal exercise training at home from past 4 months, but didn't noticed any weight loss in 4 months , not even 1kg. My training have 4 sessions for week. From past 1 month I observed hair loss for me, though taking proper diet and vitamin tablets. I took thyroid test, and results are like this, T3 2.43. Range( 0.93 - 3.3 ) T4. 164.6 Range( 60 - 120) TSH <0.05 Range( 0.25 - 5.5) ; is it hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism? And exercises I'm doing is ok for this kind issue

It is hyperthyroidism and not hypothyroidism. It will need furthur evaluation. Exercises are fine for both conditions.
