After medication for 20 days : Creatinine dropped to 4.5mg
Patient started eating meat, fish, egg

High protein causes rapid progression of renal failure. It is inevitable that this patient progresses to renal failure unless it is caused by obstruction in which case it will decrease after relieving obstruction else prepare for RRT, Get an AVF created after consulting a Nephrologist.
