Reflux nephropathy, BPH, CKD, HYPERTENSI
Before 40 days from today: Creatinine 5.9mg After medication for 20 days : Creatinine dropped to 4.5mg Patient started eating meat, fish, egg After 10 days, creatine :6.3mg Patient  stopped eating protein completely. Creatinine levels are dropping . Today it's 5.7 mg Medication (Tamsulosin 0.4 MG+Dutasteride 0.5 MG); Cilnidipine (10mg) + Telmisartan (40mg); alpha ketoanalogue tablets(3 tab/day) Please interpret. Urea is 38

High protein causes rapid progression of renal failure. It is inevitable that this patient progresses to renal failure unless it is caused by obstruction in which case it will decrease after relieving obstruction else prepare for RRT, Get an AVF created after consulting a Nephrologist.
